Open Daily · 12 PM – 5 AM

Still open. Until 5 AM, every night.

Most of Sheikh Zayed Road closes by midnight. Shamiat does not. The charcoal grill runs until 5 AM every single day, so whether you have just landed at DXB, finished a late shift, come off a show at the Trade Centre, or simply want mezze at 3 AM — the kitchen is on and the bread is fresh. Dine in at Duja Tower, or have it delivered to your hotel room.

The late crowd on Sheikh Zayed Road

Dubai runs late, but its kitchens mostly do not. Shamiat sits in the gap — a full Syrian kitchen still firing hours after the surrounding restaurants have put the chairs up.

✈️

Late arrivals from DXB

A red-eye into Dubai lands you hungry at an hour when room service is a sandwich. We are twenty minutes from the airport and still cooking.

🏨

Hotel guests on SZR

Sheraton Grand, Fairmont, voco, Novotel WTC, Ibis, Four Points, Towers Rotana, Crowne Plaza and the rest are all walking distance or a two-minute drive.

💼

Late shifts and late finishes

Trade Centre teams, hospital staff, drivers and anyone whose day ends when everyone else's has. Full menu, no reheated leftovers.

🎪

Exhibition crews

Build-up and teardown at DWTC runs through the night. So do we — see the exhibition catering page.

🌙

Suhoor in Ramadan

The late hours mean Shamiat is set up for suhoor without changing anything — the kitchen is already open.

👨‍👩‍👧

Families after a late night out

Post-cinema, post-mall, post-wedding. Mezze feeds a table of any size at any hour.

What is still cooking

The full menu, not a late menu

Nothing is cut back after midnight. The same charcoal grill, the same mezze, the same manakish oven that runs at 8 PM is running at 4 AM.

🔥

Charcoal grills

Mixed grill, shish taouk, lamb chops, kofta — cooked over charcoal to order, not held under a lamp.

🥙

Full mezze spread

Hummus, moutabel, tabbouleh, fattoush, kibbeh, sambousek, warak enab. Hot and cold, made fresh.

🫓

Fresh manakish

Zaatar, cheese, meat. Out of the oven, not out of a warmer — the single best 3 AM order on the menu.

🍲

Damascene mains

Mansaf Mlahea, fattah with meat and pine nuts, kibbeh in laban, oze. The dishes that take time, still available late.

🍮

Sweets & knafeh

Fresh knafeh and Levantine sweets, plus proper Arabic coffee and fresh juices.

Delivered, too

Questions, answered

What time does Shamiat close?
Shamiat is open every day from 12:00 PM until 5:00 AM. That is seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. The kitchen serves the full menu right up to closing.
Is there a late-night restaurant open near Dubai World Trade Centre?
Yes — Shamiat, at Duja Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, directly opposite the Dubai World Trade Centre. It is open until 5 AM daily, which makes it one of the few full-service options near DWTC after midnight.
Do you serve the full menu late at night?
Yes. There is no reduced late menu. The charcoal grill, the mezze section and the manakish oven all run until closing, so a 3 AM order is the same food as a 3 PM order.
Can you deliver to my hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road late at night?
Yes. We deliver to every Sheikh Zayed Road and Trade Centre hotel until closing — order direct on WhatsApp at +971 54 781 6266 with no extra app fees, or through Talabat, noon, Keeta, Smiles, Deliveroo or Careem. See the hotel delivery page for the full list.
Are you open for suhoor during Ramadan?
Yes. Because the kitchen already runs until 5 AM year-round, Shamiat serves suhoor without any change to normal hours. Call or WhatsApp ahead for larger groups, as Ramadan nights are busy.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Shamiat is a fully halal Syrian and Levantine kitchen, at every hour of service.
Do I need to book a table late at night?
For two to four people, usually not. For larger groups, and on show weeks at the Trade Centre, it is worth a quick WhatsApp ahead — the late hours are busier than people expect.

Hungry at an unreasonable hour?

The grill is on until 5 AM. Order direct on WhatsApp — no app, no extra fees — or just walk in.
